Who makes the products?
With ethical production being a priority, I make every item in my own home studio.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do offer international shipping. If it isn’t allowing you to checkout, let me know so I can make sure your country is added to my list.
How long does it take for my order to get made and sent out?
If you order a dress from our collection, it will usually take 1-2 weeks to produce and be shipped out. You will receive a tracking email when your order has been sent out. Once it is shipped, it usually takes 6-7 days to get delivered. In short – it will take 15-20 days in making delivery of your dream outfit.
Can I customize the length or other measurement of an item?
Yes, since every item is made to order, you can request customization of length or other measurements (whether that be shorter or longer/bigger or smaller) in notes while checking out or you can email us at [email protected]
Do you make plus size clothing?
Yes, since every item is made to order, it can be made to any size – whether that be smaller than my standard XXS or larger than my standard XXL.
Can I change my measurements or size after ordering?
Yes, you can send in your measurements or change your size after ordering (only within 0-48 hours of placing order) Email us or contact us on whats app with your order details.
What methods do you accept for payments?
We accept PayPal for all the payments.
All orders are charged in USD – our website may show you the estimated equivalent amount in your local currency (this can be changed under ‘My Account’ of the website. Any currency conversion are for reference purposes only.
